Matters Media, Inc. ("Company") has established a general policy aligning with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regarding copyright infringement. The policy concludes with the contact information for the Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement ("Designated Agent").

Reporting Copyright Infringement Procedure:

  1. A physical or electronic signature from an authorized person representing the copyright owner allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringed works or materials.
  3. Detailed information about the material claimed to be infringing, including its location, to facilitate removal or verification by the Company.
  4. Contact information of the notifier, including address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
  5. A statement from the notifier affirming a good faith belief that the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury asserting the accuracy of the information provided and the notifier's authorization to complain on behalf of the copyright owner.

Company's Policy:

  1. To remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  2. To notify the content provider, member, or user about the removal or disabled access.
  3. Repeat offenders will face removal of infringing material and termination of access to the service.

If the content provider, member, or user believes the removed material is not infringing or they have the right to use it, a counter-notice must be sent to the Designated Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member, or user.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
  3. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact information of the content provider, member, or user.

The counter-notice may lead to material replacement or access restoration within 10 to 14 business days, at the Company's discretion, unless the copyright owner seeks a court order.

For notifications of claimed infringement, contact the Designated Agent at contact@earnadd.com.
